But we don’t surrender! We are the Sailing Dog House. A crew of 2 modern pirates and 2 dogs who traded the suffocating regulations of the SF Bay Area for the lawless freedom of the high desert.
Our self-inflicted marooning led us to hand-build a Pirate Oasis from the ground up. No bank loans, no heavy machinery, and zero professional help. Just our hands, raw earth, and a stubborn refusal to spend 40 years in debt when we can start living now.
Our mission hasn’t changed. We are still sailing and the desert oasis we are building now will serve as the shipyard for our bigger boat that will take us across oceans.
